Additional Information On Announcement On Acquisition Of TOPSO Brand

Further to the announcement made on 19 September 2008 relating to the agreement entered into by Linyi Sanhe Yongjia Power Co., Ltd, the Company's wholly owned subsidiary and Secchi Lorenzo in relation to the acquisition of TOPSO Brand from Secchi Lorenzo (the "Acquisition"), the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that pursuant to Chapter 10 Rule 1010(5) of the SGX-ST Listing Manual, the book value of the Acquisition of TOPSO Trademark amounts to EUROS3,000,000 (RMB30,597,000).
