China Powerplus Limited is principally engaged in the design, production and sale of portable power tools including mist duster and brush cutter.

Our factory has an annual production capacity of approximately 1 million units per year (base on assumption of one shift per day). We are one of the leading producers of power tools in The People's Republic of China ("China").

Our products are well covered in more than 25 countries including Australia, China, Indonesia, Italy, Malaysia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea and Thailand. We have a dominant market position in China with over 360 distributors located in more than 30 provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities and special administrative regions in China.

Driven by the increasing demand for environmentally-friendly power tools that serve the agriculture, landscaping and reforestation sectors in China and the United States and some of the European markets, our management has always been focusing on research and development aspects of the operations to deliver high quality and reliable products.

Our long-term strategy is to develop into a globally respected portable power tools company. We benchmark our production quality to comply with international standards such as ISO 9001:2000 certification, CE (Conformite Europene) mark and China's Compulsory Product Certificate Supervisory Regulation.

Our corporate office is in the Republic of Singapore with operations in Shandong Province of China. For financial year ending 31 December 2005, our total revenue is S$57.8 million. Our total shareholders' equity as of 31 December 2005 is S$52.8 million.
