Notes:

1. Mr Xue Yongwen is deemed to be interested in the shares held by his spouse and shares held by Alpha China Enterprises Ltd by virtue of Section 7 of the Singapore Companies Act.
2. Dr Lim Seck Yeow is deemed to be interested in the shares held by Hoggeston Limited by virtue of Section 7 of the Singapore Companies Act.
3. Mdm Tan Geok Bee is deemed to be interested in the shares held by Hoggeston Limited by virtue of Section 7 of the Singapore Companies Act.

Shareholdings Held in the Hands of Public

Based on information available to the Company as at 17 March 2009, approximately 51.26% of the issued ordinary shares of the Company were held by the public and therefore, Rule 723 of the Listing Manual issued by the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited is complied with.
