As at 18 March 2008, approximately 46.08% of the issued ordinary shares of the Company was held in the hands of the public (on the basis of information available to the Company).Accordingly, the Company had complied with Rule 723 of the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.
